Excellent gluten free discovery in Gambarie! We booked this property after reading some reviews on the internet, and I must say that we were satisfied! My wife has celiac disease and had no problems here as she had a large menu of gluten-free choices available. Excellent location easily reachable by car, very nice structure, kind and attentive staff, good food.... bobsleigh and tubing slopes in the immediate vicinity... and for those who love skiing, in winter the refuge is located directly on the slopes !

This time we tasted the pizza cooked in a wood oven, really excellent. Given the premises and the expression of the other customers, next time I will return for lunch!

Welcoming environment, helpful, smiling and kind staff. I recommend the house starter and the first course with porcini mushrooms! Dogs are accepted!

Kindness, professionalism, friendliness, quality, quantity and variety are some of the adjectives that can be appreciated in this mountain refuge.Today we enjoyed, after a splendid skiing, the bean soup with porcini mushrooms which was superlative to say the least, not to mention the macaroni with minced meat and excellent wine sauce at a truly competitive price. What can I say... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Helpful and friendly staff, welcoming and typical place. We arrived later than the reservation due to traffic but they welcomed us immediately and assigned us a table after a short wait. Excellent and plentiful dishes. Advised!
